Where you stand

Indicative pricing based on your answers, ex GST. All pricing is subject to management review and is confirmed in a written proposal. Your rate is reviewed at every six-monthly strategy workshop.

Straight answers

Why does my score change my price?

A less secure setup takes more work to look after and carries more risk for both of us. The higher rate covers that extra effort while we close the gaps.

Can my rate come down?

Yes. We re-score you at every six-monthly strategy workshop. Reach 80% and you move to $120 per staff member from the next month.

Is this price final?

No. It’s an indicative price based on your answers. We verify your answers during onboarding, and if what we find is materially different, your rate is adjusted to your verified score before your first invoice. All pricing is subject to management review.

How is the price worked out?

What’s included?

Service desk 7am to 7pm, local on-site engineers, a 10-minute response on every incident, monitoring, patching, backup, endpoint, email and web security, and a virtual CTO twice a year.

Is there a lock-in contract?
